SUPPORT MY CHALLENGE TO RAISE FUNDS FOR BLIND LOW VISION NZ GUIDE DOGS

I'm taking part in the PAWGUST challenge to raise funds for Blind Low Vision NZ Guide Dogs.

My brother (pictured) was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa at 15 years old and with his eyesight getting progressively worse over the past 25 years, he is now one of the lucky ones to have been matched with his Guide Dog, Ezra. Ezra gives Dan his independence, which is just amazing and I'm hoping that raising these funds helps someone else gain theirs.

So, I'm planning on running 5km's every day of the month to show my support for those impacted everyday by vision loss. 

It costs way around $175,000 to breed, raise and train just ONE Guide Dog! With thousands of dogs being trained each year, every dollar counts.
